In such cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">The client must inform us within 2<\/span><span class=\"cf1\">\u20133 working days of delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\">Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for review.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\">All such cases are subject to verification and approval by our team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\">If a return request is approved due to a mismatch or error from our side, a<strong> refund or replacement<\/strong> will be initiated.
