Return & Refund Policy

At Gaadiva, every order goes through a strict approval process to ensure accuracy and quality:

  • We first share digital mockups for client review.
  • A physical pre-production sample is then provided and approved by the client via email or WhatsApp.
  • Only after receiving the client’s final approval, bulk production is initiated.

Because of this thorough process, returns are generally not accepted once production has started and products have been delivered.

Exceptions will be considered only if the bulk delivery does not match the approved pre-production sample or there is a clear error from our side. In such cases:

  • The client must inform us within 2–3 working days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for review.
  • All such cases are subject to verification and approval by our team.

If a return request is approved due to a mismatch or error from our side, a refund or replacement will be initiated. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Gaadiva, we ensure timely and reliable delivery of all corporate gifting orders.

  • We have partnered with DTDC, Bluedart, Porter, Rapido, and India Post to manage our shipments.
  • Depending on the order type (sample or bulk), delivery timeline, and location, we choose the most suitable partner to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
  • All shipments are dispatched after final quality checks and approvals.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination, order volume, and courier partner’s serviceability.
  • Clients will be provided with tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.
